Speeding up the best in health and care, together

Applications open for the Leading and Managing Change Across Boundaries Programme

Previously run by the South West London System, applications for the free programme are open until the 31st August.

This programme is designed to help grow new leaders for the future world of health and social care in the context of Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) and Accountable Care Organisations (ACOs) – new organisational forms which span traditional organisational boundaries.

With its emphasis on working across professional, organisational and sector boundaries, the programme offers a unique opportunity for you to explore your personal leadership style and potential in the rapidly changing environment in which we are all working.

This year, speakers include Tara Donnelly, Chief Executive HIN, Aurea Jones Local Director HEE -South London, Amanda Coyle from the Mayor’s Office, Julie Lowe COO of South East London Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP), Ann Radmore CEO of Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Paul Plant, Deputy Director of Public Health for London.

The programme is sponsored by Health Innovation Network and Health Education England working across south London and is available to staff from health, local government – social care and public health, and higher education.

The programme is free of charge to staff from qualifying HIN member organisations.
