An opportunity to learn about digital solutions to support people with SMI to improve physical health and wellbeing
Join other influential leaders and digital innovators at this free mental health event to learn more about digital solutions supporting physical health and wellbeing in people with serious mental illness. The focus of the event is to learn more about a variety of different digital solutions that support people with serious mental illness to improve their physical health and wellbeing. Below are a few of the confirmed digital solutions that will be speaking:
  • SweatCoin - Sweatcoin incentivises physical activity behaviour change through a mobile app. The app tracks the number of steps walked and converts them into currency which can be used to purchase products, goods and services. Users are incentivised to walk more, resulting in long-term, sustained behaviour change. https://sweatco.in/

The interactive software promotes authentic choice and empowers effective self-care. The programme offers guided development of self-management and goal-setting skills, enabling users to create ‘ideal’ physical activity profiles in the context of their health. https://kiactiv.com/
