COVID-19 has accelerated the speed of adoption by NHS providers of technology to deliver care including the use of remote monitoring solutions. This Innovation Exchange webinar, presented by the Health Innovation Network and DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, will focus upon maximising the use of technology to monitor patients’ health conditions remotely outside of the traditional care settings and empower patients with long term conditions to manage their health better through remote monitoring.
