The HIN Stroke Prevention team are working with local commissioners and providers of anticoagulation services to assist in the effective redesign of anticoagulation services. Through sharing ideas, innovations and practical case studies, the team work closely with all stakeholders to create a patient focused, cost effective, best practice pathway.
