Eating Disorders: Transition from Adolescent Eating Disorder Services to Adult Eating Disorder Services

In partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Kings College London and people with lived experience, HIN south London have designed and produced a national e-learning resource to support and guide eating disorder clinicians, young people and families through the transitions process of moving from a child and adolescent NHS Eating Disorder service to an Adult NHS Eating disorder service.

Modules include: Preparation for and talking about transitions with the young person, Involving parents and carers, transitions between services, University transitions and emerging into the wider world.
