South London Perinatal Optimisation Project Case Study Posters 2024/25

The Health Innovation Network (HIN) South London's Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme (MatNeoSIP) team and the communications team supported the development of academic posters for the Pan-London Perinatal Optimisation Celebration event 2024/25.

The Pan-London Perinatal Optimisation Celebration event was the fifth (and final) in a series of events run in partnership with UCLPartners and Imperial College Health Partners. Over 75 passionate multidisciplinary stakeholders from across London Trusts, ICBs, and regional and national teams were brought together at this event to celebrate the efforts in perinatal optimisation quality improvement projects.

South London Trusts authored the case study content about their multidisciplinary projects, which the MatNeoSIP and communications teams at the HIN developed into academic posters. We funded A1 prints of the case study posters to display at the Pan-London Perinatal Optimisation Celebration event. After the event, each Trust took their case study poster to display at their sites.
