Julie Lowe

Julie is currently Chief Operating Officer for the South East London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership which encompasses provider organisations, CCGs and local authorities. She has specific responsibility for working with providers, and is the director for the provider productivity programme. Julie has been an NHS manager for over 20 years working mostly in provider organisations, including 9 years as chief executive of acute Trusts. Julie has a particular interest in leadership development and has chaired the London Leadership Academy. She is currently co-chairing a national review of graduate management training across the NHS in England.
