Impact Report
2025-26

Introduction

Welcome to the Health Innovation Network South London’s Impact Report 2025-26.

This report highlights the breadth of our work over the past year to support partners across the health and care system, improve outcomes for patients and communities, and contribute to a more effective and sustainable system. It brings together a wide range of programmes, including improving pathways for long term conditions, strengthening patient safety, supporting innovation, building workforce capability, and generating evidence to inform decision making.

Across all areas, our work reflects a consistent focus on reducing health inequalities, working in partnership, and ensuring that new approaches are practical, scalable and responsive to real world needs. We have continued to work collaboratively with system partners, clinicians, patients and industry to deliver meaningful change and long term improvements across London.
