We work with frontline health and care teams, commissioners and other system stakeholders to identify, implement and evaluate improvements in the ways care is delivered.
How we work with health and care teams
We support our members (including south London’s major health and care providers and academic institutions), national commissioners, industry and the third sector to make sure south Londoners benefit from innovation.
Our support includes:
- Innovation identification and selection. We provide expert guidance to help health and care teams understand how innovation can tackle real-world challenges. We can help with every stage of identifying and onboarding innovation – from horizon scans to find high-potential innovations, through to practical support with procurement and contracting.
- Implementation. Our teams provide hands-on support for transformation and innovation projects – giving services the extra capacity and expertise needed to change models and systems while continuing to deliver against day-to-day priorities.
- Evaluation. Our insights team provide specialist capabilities to lead the evaluation of new models of care or innovations – helping you to understand the impact of changes. This capability also includes informatics and health economics.
