Recognising and Capturing Value from Communities of Practice

“The Health Innovation Network, in partnership with the The Health Foundation’s Q Community have run three cohorts of the Communities of Practice (CoP) Leadership Development Programme to support those who work in health and care to deepen improvement knowledge, and develop leadership skills needed to convene a CoP.

To inspire their creativity, participants have created their own impact posters to capture the value and learning from their Communities of Practice leadership journey. These posters were created using the classic Disney and Pixar storytelling techniques.
