Kerry Beadling-Barron

Kerry is the Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs at the Health Innovation Network South London, where she leads strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and corporate affairs at local, regional, national, and global levels. With over 15 years of experience in NHS communications, Kerry has held senior roles across multiple organisations, including at Trust and system level, consistently driving innovation, behaviour change, and public engagement to improve health outcomes. A former reporter, her expertise spans media relations, strategy development, and public affairs, underpinned by an MSc in Behaviour Change. Kerry is also a published author on the role of communications in achieving organisational outcomes, and her teams have been recognised with over 45 awards, including Health Communications Team of the Year.
