The London Physical Health Leads Network is hosted by the Health Innovation Network South London (HIN) on behalf of the London Mental Health Trusts.
Background
The London Physical Health Leads Network aims to share learning and good practice to improve the physical health of people living with serious mental illness (SMI).
Topics covered in the Network include a wide range of subjects and clinical areas, including:
- Smoking cessation
- Physical health checks
- HIV
- Diabetes care
- Policy and procedural guidelines
- Palliative care for people living with SMI
Attendance at the Network is by invitation only.
