Health Innovation Network and our partner AHSNs are proud to be able to offer access to Life QI to our local partners and members in the south London region.

Life QI is an online quality improvement (QI) platform that makes it easy for teams to run QI projects and organisations to report on QI activity.  It supports front line NHS teams to plan, monitor and report progress of their improvement projects, as well as connect with other members of the QI community, facilitating cross-organisational boundary working.

The portal was developed by Seedata LTD in partnership with South West AHSN, and is used by over 400 organisations across the UK. Based on the Model of Improvement created by the Institute of Health Improvement (IHI), the platform helps users to produce:

• Driver diagrams;
• PDSA cycles;
• SPC charts and;
• Progress reports.

Click login on the Life QI website or follow this link. Enter your NHS email address as prompted, and you will then receive an email from gateway@seedata.co.uk. Follow the instructions in this email to fill out the online form.

An administrator at Health Innovation Network will verify your account, using your NHS email address, and you will receive a confirmation email.
