- Supporting the spread and adoption of innovations which help busy staff focus on what matters;
- An extensive programme of collaborative learning opportunities to develop staff technical and leadership skills and deliver real-world improvement projects;
- Developing our own staff so they can become leaders at the HIN and elsewhere.
