Delivered collaboratively by the Health Innovation Network South London, UCLPartners and Imperial College Health Partners in partnership with the London Million Hearts and Minds programme, this exciting new pan-London Fellowship will support the development of the next generation of CVRM leaders across London.
The Fellowship is designed for clinical staff, including public health professionals working across primary care, community pharmacy, and public health who are passionate about improving cardiovascular, renal and metabolic health and reducing health inequalities. Fellows will gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead meaningful improvements within their organisations and local systems whilst becoming part of a growing London-wide network of CVRM leaders.

About the Fellowship
Cardiovascular disease remains one of the leading causes of premature death and disability in England. The Fellowship has been developed to support healthcare professionals who want to play a leading role in improving prevention, early identification, treatment and management of cardiovascular, renal and metabolic conditions.
The programme combines clinical education, leadership development, quality improvement training and practical project delivery. Fellows will have opportunities to learn from experts from across London, collaborate with peers and deliver a quality improvement project focused on improving outcomes for local populations.
Quality improvement projects will focus on one or more key CVRM areas including hypertension, lipid management, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, obesity and diabetes. Fellows will be encouraged to use local data to identify opportunities to improve outcomes, reduce variation and address health inequalities.
