In partnership with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Kings College London and people with lived experience, HIN South London have designed and produced a national e-learning resource to support and guide eating disorder clinicians, young people and families through the transitions process of moving from a child and adolescent NHS Eating Disorder service to an Adult NHS Eating disorder service.
Modules include: Preparation for and talking about transitions with the young person, Involving parents and carers, transitions between services, University transitions and emerging into the wider world.
