Innovating London’s musculoskeletal services
The London MSK Improvement Network is a learning and sharing forum directed towards multidisciplinary professionals involved in delivering, leading or managing musculoskeletal services in London. The Network builds upon the success of the MSK Improvement and Innovation Forum and provides an opportunity for clinicians and leaders working in musculoskeletal services to come together to discuss improvement and innovation.
Each event focuses on learning to inform clinical, research, education and leadership best practice. Presentations have included topics such as: shared decision making, the role of supervision and leadership in healthcare and updates on Regional MSK improvement projects.
With over 20 million people in the UK living with a musculoskeletal condition, discussing service improvements is necessary to improve the quality of life to those living with a diagnosis.
The event is expertly co-Chaired by HIN’s Christina Sothinathan, and Ben Wanless, Consultant Physiotherapist at St George’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
